We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To lodge a return claim, you can contact us at shopsharl.co@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label by email and at your own cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We also do not accept the return of sale items, items on promotion or if you simply changed your mind.
We will not be responsible for any losses that relate to something independent of our business after the goods have left our control. In the event of a parcel confirmed delivered by our courier service and deemed unreceived by the customer due to parcel theft or building management issues we will not refund the parcel.
Where is my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we will process your refund to be paid back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund back to your account.
